The Mission: Establishing Biblical Churches in Italy
The Foundations course is the definitive roadmap for the Practical Missions Cohort. This is a rigorous, tactical curriculum designed to equip missionaries for the unique, spiritually challenging, and post-Catholic, secular humanist context of Italy. This course serves as our “ground truth,” detailing our convictions, our methodology, and the specific apostolic strategy we employ to see the Gospel take root.
This curriculum serves two foundational purposes:

Misisonary Unity: To unite our team under a single, God-given vision, ensuring every missionary is equipped to execute our shared philosophy of ministry with clarity and purpose.

Candidate Alignment: To provide prospective missionaries with a clear, uncompromising look at what we believe, how we operate, and why we labor in this specific way. This allows applicants to assess their alignment with our team before committing their lives to the field.
Our Foundational Pillars
Across 12 lessons, Foundations establishes the essential framework for our work:

Theology of the Church: Establishing a robust, confessional foundation for ecclesiology, church government, and the ordinances.

The Missionary Task: Moving beyond modern “missional” trends to define the distinct, apostolic mandate of evangelism, strategic Gospel sowing, disciple-making, and church planting.

Pastoral Multiplication: The sequential, biblical process of identifying, training, and appointing local elders to sustain healthy congregations.

Cohort-Based Ministry: The mechanics of team leadership, the distinction between apostolic and pastoral planting, and our collaborative approach to building churches that last.
Our Aim
